The Social Council of the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and the Roche Institute, organizers of the III Research Award in Customized Precision Medicine, announced that the deadline for applications is Wednesday, September 15.
Until that day, researchers and postgraduate students (Masters and PhD) from UCM who wish to participate may submit those works on Precision Personalized Medicine published between January 1 and December 31, 2020 in national or international scientific journals.
This is the third edition of this award organized by Roche Institute Foundation And the aforementioned academic center through its social council. He was awarded €3,000 and the verdict will be announced in the last quarter of the year.
Jury composition
This award aims to recognize the scientific work of UCM researchers who have published their work in national or international scientific journals in the field of customized precision medicine, as well as on the digital transformation of health that will lead to the full integration of customized precision medicine.
The jury consists of the President of the UCM Social Council, Jesús Nuño de la Rosa y Coloma; Seven other members of this body are: Ricardo Diaz Martin, Carmen Lopez, Juan Manuel de Mingo, Julio Sánchez Fierro, Carlos Siwan, Luis Suarez de Lizo and Alvaro Costas.
