SALTILLO, Coahuila, August 28, 2024.- The Autonomous University of Coahuila, through the Faculty of Chemical Sciences, offers a Master of Science in Biotechnology, which lasts two years and whose application process is already open.
The Master’s degree is aimed at graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in some discipline of natural and exact sciences or contextual engineering, with an affinity for research activities, technological development and high-tech business entrepreneurship, with a commitment and interest to contribute well to the sustainability and economic, cultural and scientific development of the region.

Developing technologies in line with the country’s needs for the social, academic, production and service sectors with careful attention to the environment, preservation of vital cultural wealth and protection of common goods.
Graduates of the Master’s programme in Biotechnology will have acquired frontier or cutting-edge knowledge for the intelligent, respectful and sustainable use of biodiversity, through the development of efficient, clean and competitive technologies to facilitate the solution of important problems in various sectors such as environment, energy, agribusiness, food and health.
Interested parties must meet the following requirements: Proof of TOEFL
450 points or equivalent, proof of EXANI III/ExBach xB-III G dated
Submit an application no more than one year before November 2024, and pass the exam
Knowledge and interview with the academic committee.
Applications will be open until November 1, 2024.
