Army Gen. Raul Castro Ruz, leader of the Cuban Revolution, paid posthumous tributes Monday morning to Reserve Division Gen. Leonardo Ramon Andolo Valdes, whose ashes were unveiled in the Pantheon of Veterans in Columbus Cemetery.
