Now smile: Ben Affleck can be seen happy with Jen (his wife and ex-wife)

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck appeared all smiles during an unusual family outing with the actor's ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and some of the children they share.

Leaving the theater located in Santa Monica, California, the star of films like 13 Going on 30 was photographed walking past 'Bennifer'.

Garner, who was casually dressed in jeans and a gray jacket, was accompanied by Seraphina and little Samuel, 11, who she also shares with the Hollywood heartthrob.

JLo was holding the arm of her husband, with whom she was simultaneously engaging in a seemingly fun conversation, as they smiled at each other.

In front of them was Emmy, the twin Lopez had with Marc Anthony, who has allegedly been good friends with Seraphina since they met.

The “Selena” star and the film's director took a moment to greet comedian Will Ferrell, who was also in attendance, according to the Grosby Group.

“They know there will be a few times they'll attend the same events together, whether it's school performances, sports, etc.,” a source told Us Weekly on January 30.

According to the informant, the three “communicate frequently when it comes to” addressing issues related to their children: Amy, “Max,” Violet, Seraphina and Samuel.

“(They realize that) most of the beneficiaries are children and that is the only thing that matters to them. They respect each other as parents and know how well their children get along,” he explained.

“They want to foster and nurture those relationships, and they will do whatever it takes to show their support,” he added, noting that the corrupt relations between Affleck and Garner were supposedly behind them.
