Miss Dominican World is back and these are her nominees

The organization of the Miss Dominican World contest has officially submitted its 25 candidates, under strict health and safety procedures, for the first time that the contest has been presented after the COVID 19 pandemic.

The Miss World Dominicana contest will be held from next Monday 30th at the facilities of the Barceló Grand Resort, the venue for the competition for several years. It will be the night of Saturday 4 September, the day we will meet the new Queen.

25 girls and their bands participated for the first time in the facilities of the Valiente restaurant in the Colonial Zone, in the presence of a number of judges, former beauty queens, pageant sponsors and special guests.

During their stay in Bavaro, the nominees will face numerous competitions that include Sports directed by Heidi Cruz, Talent directed by professional choreographers Dani Lugo, Pablo Perez and Marcos Taveras, as well as interviews with jury members, and fashion shows, among others. The choreography and talent competition will be moderated by Dani Lugo, personal choreographer for artist Luis Fonsi and responsible for assembling the Billboard Awards, as well as prominent Dominican dancers Pablo Perez, laureate of several Sovereigns, and Marco Taveras.

The final event will be chaired by Mario Bigeiro and former beauty queens and will also feature artistic participation from Mirian Cruz, Urbanova, DJ CHEZ and Pedro Cruz who will pay tribute to Victor.
