In the context of a legal dispute that has been ongoing for more than a year, Luis Enrique Guzman and Myla Laguna Attend Monday, August 19th Institute of Forensic Sciences (INCIFO) in Mexico City to conduct the paternity tests stipulated in their lawsuits.

Just after 9am, Mayella was the first to arrive, and although she initially appeared calm during a brief chat with the press, her attitude changed when she left nearly two hours later, reflecting the exhaustion of the operation.

“Everything is very good, very calm. I am not nervous. There will be two days of testing.“But I’m calm,” she said at first. However, two hours later she was sullen with the press.

“Yes, the test was done. Let me pass, please. I respectfully asked them not to let this happen. I already told you the test was done. The experts were not there. “It’s another day and another day.”

This measure is the result of a long debate that began several months ago.

Luis Enrique Guzmán had confirmed through his lawyer that, according to a DNA test, he was not the father of Apollo, Mayla Laguna’s son.

This statement prompted a strong reaction from Mayella, who questioned the validity of the test, and eventually obtained a judge’s order for new genetic testing under judicial supervision.

The judge had initially ordered two expert examinations conducted by two different experts.

However, due to the excessive pressure on the work of the Institute of Expert Services and Forensic Sciences of the Judiciary in CDMXOnly one of them was completed, which Mayella considered a violation of her rights and the rights of her younger son.

This situation changed when Mayella won indirect protection, which made it possible to request two mitochondrial tests for both parties.

Today, the first test related to these procedures was conducted, and Mayella was the first to undergo it.

Upon arriving at INCIFO, Mayella appeared calm and announced that the test would be held over two days and that she was calm.

But eventually his tone changed dramatically, as he expressed his discomfort with the press presence and claimed that his request for privacy had not been respected. “I respectfully asked them not to let this happen,” he said as he left.

I am not satisfied with the test Which should have been taken in one day. “I feel positive, but I don’t agree with it,” said Mayla Laguna, who expressed hope that the Apollo DNA test would be taken in one day in front of two experts.

Afterwards, Luis Enrique Guzmán also went to the scene, although he avoided making further statements to the media.

His position was active and he asked for his privacy to be respected, noting that the required test had already been performed and that the second round was still missing.

Guzmán insisted on maintaining privacy regarding this family matter: “It is my private life. Respect me and leave me alone.”

“I have nothing to say. The test has already been done. Tomorrow there is another test.. There will be two days of testing. That’s what I asked for. He added, “I’m fine and I have nothing to say.”

This legal process began after the statement issued by Guzmán through his lawyer, in which he stated that Mayla’s son was not his according to a DNA test.

For her part, Mayla said the test was not legally valid, sparking a legal battle to confirm paternity. The current evidence seeks to end this ongoing conflict.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, August 20, the second test will be conducted, and the results will be available after approximately 10 working days. This will allow us to clarify the validity of the statements of the two parties involved in this case. paternity.
