The judge had initially ordered two expert examinations conducted by two different experts.

Upon arriving at INCIFO, Mayella appeared calm and announced that the test would be held over two days and that she was calm.

But eventually his tone changed dramatically, as he expressed his discomfort with the press presence and claimed that his request for privacy had not been respected. “I respectfully asked them not to let this happen,” he said as he left.

Afterwards, Luis Enrique Guzmán also went to the scene, although he avoided making further statements to the media.

His position was active and he asked for his privacy to be respected, noting that the required test had already been performed and that the second round was still missing.

Guzmán insisted on maintaining privacy regarding this family matter: “It is my private life. Respect me and leave me alone.”

“I have nothing to say. The test has already been done. Tomorrow there is another test.. There will be two days of testing. That’s what I asked for. He added, “I’m fine and I have nothing to say.”

This legal process began after the statement issued by Guzmán through his lawyer, in which he stated that Mayla’s son was not his according to a DNA test.

For her part, Mayla said the test was not legally valid, sparking a legal battle to confirm paternity. The current evidence seeks to end this ongoing conflict.
