Ecuador Airlines will begin operations on December 20 with flights from Guido to Guayaquil.
The first ship to be operated by Equair Airlines arrived in Latacunga on Saturday, the company’s CEO, Gabriela Sommerfeld confirmed.
The Boeing 737-700 unit will be one of four aircraft to cross the Ecuadorian skies from the second half of December.
The head of Equair explained that the arrival schedule of the aircraft operating in the country is scheduled between the end of 2021 and 2022. The businessman said the airline will operate four units in its first year.

Boeing has signed an agreement with Ecuador to guarantee technical assistance, personnel training, spare parts and logistics from the outset of its operations.
