Invitation to gatherings

Deputies meet in ordinary and extraordinary assemblies, in accordance with the provisions of Law 10.620, Title II, Chapter 4), Article 52a) and 53 to 62 which will meet on November 26, 2021 at Diagonal 74 N ° 1463, La Plata, at fourteen (14) an hour in the first call and one (1) hour later, in the second call, in the presence of a quorum of one-third of the total representatives, for the purposes of having regard to the following:

Today’s order

1.- Appointing the powers of the council: the president, the secretary and two members of the council to approve the minutes.

2.- Report of the Audit Committee for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2019 and 31/12/2020.

3.- Examination of the annual report and financial statements as of 31/12/2019 and 31/12/2020.

4.- Consideration of the annual report of the Ethics Court as of 31/12/2019 and 31/12/2020.

5. Establish general controls for preparing the organization’s annual budget for the year 2022 AD. h) Law 10.620.

6.- Consider adopting the standards of independence from the International Code of Ethics established by the International Federation of Accountants (IESBA) in accordance with accreditation publications No. 1 and No. 5 of FACPCE.

7- Determining the compensatory allowances stipulated in Article 55 of the Iraqi National Congress. e) of Law 10.620.

Note: the treatment of point 6 corresponds to the unusual assembly.
