AniCura is expanding its network of advanced veterinary hospitals in Spain with the recent acquisition of AniCura Madrid Este Veterinary Hospital and the integration of Visualvet into the ophthalmology team of AniCura Indautxu Veterinary Hospital (Bilbao), making it the group with the largest number of veterinary hospitals in the Iberian region.

AniCura Madrid This veterinary hospital, which offers a 24-hour emergency service, has modern facilities equipped with the latest technology to provide a high-quality service, both for veterinarians and caregivers. The hospital is located in Paseo de la Democracia 10, Torrejón de Ardoz and has an area of more than 400 square meters.
The hospital has a human team of more than 40 specialists in continuous growth and specialization, in addition to extensive diagnostic imaging equipment, including a 32-slice CT scanner, digital radiology, two ultrasound machines and echocardiography equipment. It also contains the necessary devices to perform surgical interventions and reduce operating times.
The centre has several consultation rooms, a preparation area, two fully equipped operating rooms and three recovery rooms, specially designed to ensure that canine and feline patients have independent spaces, even in the hospital and intensive care unit, which are completely separated from infectious diseases.
