After several weeks of rumours, Adele confirmed that she is a married woman. The singer broke the news on Alan Carr’s comedy show.

The British artist revealed that she married her partner, Rich Paul. It was during an impromptu show hosted by her best friend Alan Carr in Los Angeles, while Adele was in the audience and the announcer asked the audience if anyone had gotten married recently and the singer shouted: “yes I do”.

According to Hola magazine, this is not the first time that the “Someone Like You” singer has claimed to be a married woman. In a video clip on TikTok, a woman asks her to marry her during one of her parties, and Adele responds with humor: “You can’t marry me. I’m straight, baby, and my husband is here tonight.”

The star had previously sparked rumors that she was marrying the 41-year-old sports agent, when she referred to her partner as “my husband” last September in Las Vegas.

It is reported that in 2021, Adele was seen at a public event in the company of basketball player Rich Paul’s agent. LeBron James.

The couple met while celebrating a mutual friend’s birthday, and publicly announced their engagement in July 2021 by attending an NBA game together.

Then last February, there was talk that the couple might get engaged after the singer wore an engagement ring.
