More than 100,000 people have been hospitalized for Covit-19 in the United States

(CNN) – According to United States Health and Human Services (HHS) data, more than 100,000 people in the United States are currently hospitalized for Covit-19.

Govt-19 hospital admissions have been on the rise for about seven weeks since the beginning of July. They have almost tripled in the last month and have grown by only 10% in the last week alone.

According to HHS data, the latest Govt-19 hospital admissions were over 100,000 in January, and the current hospital (total 100,317) peaked at 71% on January 14th.

Florida and Texas account for nearly a third (31%) of all current Govt-19 hospitals. Florida currently has the worst per capita hospitalization rate in the country, at 80 hospitals per 100,000, followed by Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Louisiana at more than 55 hospitals per 100,000.
