This weekend, President Luis Abenadir will travel to the counties of Valverde, Santiago Rodriguez and Puerto Plata, to set up a working day that includes starting and opening businesses.
The President’s agenda begins on Saturday 21 at 10:30 a.m. in Mao, Valverde, with Cabinet, at this community’s sports center.
At 2:00 pm, he will lead a regional lunch meeting with agricultural producers, at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD).
Then, at 3:15 p.m., he will present the first cake for the construction of a 165-apartment complex in the Amelia Luz project and at 4:00 p.m. he will preside over home delivery in the Don Bosco sector.
Then a special regional meeting will be held with the political directorates of the governorates in the region, which will be held at the Novus Cuba Hotel.
After this meeting, Santiago Rodriguez will go to the province to lead the opening of several churches.
Saturday’s 8:00 PM excursion ends with a private dinner with business and political leadership.
Puerto Plata
On Sunday 22nd President Abenader will travel to Puerto Plata, where he will start his schedule at 10:00 am with the signing of an agreement to develop Playa Sosúa, in the beach parking lot.
At 11:30 AM, President Abenader will attend the opening of the Kamo Tourist Highway.
Then the Temple of Las America, in Isabella, will be inaugurated, announcing the reconfiguration of the historic city.
Later he will lead a lunch with the productive sectors of Region 2, in Sabana Larga Imbert.
The President’s visit also includes the first pesos for the Maimon wind power project and the construction of 129 Lifestyle Tourist Villas, from Lifestyle Group, owner Marcus Weichenbart.
The President concludes his working day with the opening of Espigón de los Pescadores in Bahía de Puerto Plata.
