SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP. , August 17, 2021. – The Masters and Doctorate programs in Life Sciences taught at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi School of Science have received their entry in the National Registry of High-Quality Graduate Programs (PNPC) from CONASET; Both recently established programs have been approved by the University’s Board of Directors H.
The coordinator of the postgraduate course in life sciences, Dr. He stressed that, “As suggested, there are no other programs in the country comparable to UASLP’s Life Sciences, which are positioning it as a new graduate offering.”
He explained that the master’s and doctoral programs are interdisciplinary and are based on four directions: functional biology, bioengineering, integrative ecology and conservation, and neurosciences, with the idea that students in these areas gain basic research as a direction towards scientific innovation and technology and allow for solutions to be proposed at the regional, state and national levels. .
Rodriguez and Dominguez Kesler commented that as the academic core of the graduate program, they have decided to participate in the Conacyt Call in March 2021, which sets out a series of guidelines and requirements that must be met in due course. The result was the good news of joining the PNPC.
