The ten key dates in the case of the disappearance of Flor Garcia

More than 100 days after Flor Garcia’s disappearance, the National Civil Police and the Attorney General’s Office have arrested Joel Valle and his cousin Francisco Valle, as the prime suspects in planning the disappearance of the young mother of two children. Since March 16, when Fleur’s disappearance was reported, her family has promoted a campaign calling on authorities to find her whereabouts.

March 16

Joel Vale reported the disappearance of his wife, Flor Garcia. According to Valley’s account, she left the house, where they both live with their two children in the municipality of Cojutepeque, for San Salvador, to buy medicine that could be used at Joel’s dental clinic and where Fleur works as an assistant.
