At about six in the afternoon, the Puerto Rican seismological network recorded six tremors that were felt in the southwestern region of the island, but this cannot be considered a harbinger of a major earthquake, but also the possibility of an earthquake cannot be considered. Exclude an earthquake. The island is exposed to a major seismic event.
This was explained in an interview with Metro, Dr. Victor Huerfano, director of the seismological network on the island.
“There is no scientist, no team that can tell you that this is an omen that a big event is going to happen because there is no way, but on the other hand we can’t say no, something important definitely won’t happen because we can’t do that,” said Orphan.
