Thor, the dog of Karina Miley, Secretary General of the Presidency, became an unexpected hero of the business event held at the Palace of Libertad, the former CCK, from the moment he entered the building. Not only that, but the animal – the majestic Bernese Mountain Dog – barked when the president mentioned, at the beginning of his inaugural address, that he had received a country in ruins.

“The current poor state model that has been implemented in Argentina for many years has left us with a country in ruins, where more than half of Argentines are poor, and whose GDP per capita has not grown in almost 15 years.” said Miley, who was interrupted by a loud bark.
“You’re right, Thor,” the chief explained. “He’s saying not to insult dogs by saying that former dogs were dogs.”
