Major General Floral Suárez Martínez, Commander-in-Chief of the Dominican Republic Air Force, led this “combined and integrated intervention of priority units” operation in Santiago de los Caballeros.
In the Cibao region the initiative focuses on restoring public spaces and reducing crime in key areas of the province.

Also General Juan Bautista Jiménez Reynoso, Cibao Central Regional Director of the National Police; Col. William Medina Gordon and Col. Osvaldo Montero Mena, Deputy Director of Land Operations, among other civil and military officials.
In support of the National Police, joint interactive operations are carried out, including preventive patrols in crime-prone areas, with the aim of preventing the commission of crimes and guaranteeing the safety of citizens.
It is recalled that President Luis Abinader, Minister of Interior and Police Farid Rafoul and Minister of Defense Lt. Gen. Carlos Fernandez Onofre, ERD, ordered the operation “combined and integrated intervention of priority sectors”. It is carried out in phases throughout the national territory and in this case it was carried out in Santiago.
Emphasis is placed on decibel control and respect for rules of coexistence, where mutual forces work synergistically to ensure peace in the intervening areas.
