Federal Judge Pedro Delgado Hernandez granted a default judgment against urban singer Emmanuel Cosme Santiago, known as “Annual AA,” and his company, Real Hasta La Muerte, LLC, for a debt claimed by a Puerto Rican advertising agency. .

The suit was filed on August 21, but the singer was never served with a summons nor did he appear to present a plea.

Callers tried to formally announce the lawsuit at the singer's penthouse in the Porsche Design Tower near Miami and at a home in the Doral sector of Florida. Subsequently, the petitioner issued a summons by writ.

After these efforts were unsuccessful, the judge approved the default sentence on December 27.

The agency sought nearly $2 million in various contracts the singer breached regarding the integration of his name and brand (“Real Hasta La Muerte”) on Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) mixed martial arts cards.

The lawsuit describes the singer as responding to financial deals, but he stopped doing so in April 2022, causing losses for unpaid services and exposing the agency to marketing promises from the UFC. AA and his brand.
