Here are other updates that Apple may release today:
Camel
Not only should Apple TV get a new processor and support for better gaming refresh rates, but the redesigned console could act as a physical limiter for AirTags, according to 9to5Mac tech blog.
AirPods 3
Apple’s next-generation wireless headphones are believed to have a design that matches the cutting-edge AirPods Pro, along with support for spatial audio and touch controls.
AirPods have developed a cult collection over the years, becoming icons of fashion and status, but Apple may wait until later this year to showcase a new model.
MacBook
Apple’s MacBook Pro and MacBook Air are also due to be updated, but it is unclear if they will do so next week. Apple recently discontinued its iMac Pro line, which was once the most powerful computer the company offers, and the original HomePod to focus more on the HomePod mini.
Programming
Apple can also guide users with its much-awaited privacy-focused iOS 14.5 software update. The incoming app tracking transparency feature will require app developers to explicitly disclose how user data is collected and what it will be used for, and it will require user consent before downloading or updating apps from the app store.
It’s also possible that new emojis will appear, including a less-graphic injection, during the rollout of the covid-19 vaccine.
