The Francisco Benado Bridge is closed, for the second weekend in a row, by the Department of Public Works to continue renovation work. It mainly causes road blockages and inconvenience to public transport drivers.
The bridge over the Isabela River in both directions towards the National District and towards Villa Mella, a closure was observed on the road, and although there were agents from the Directorate General of Road Transport (Digesett) at every strategic point to aid the flow of vehicular traffic, the plug was long.
“Not at this time (12:00 noon), because that is a problem. How will it be?” said Ricardo Nunez.
The truck driver said the timetable in which these repairs are to be carried out is inappropriate, although he noted that it is convenient for vehicular traffic for the renovation to be carried out.
“I see it good, but I see it badly at this time, but it is OK to redesign it. But another time it will be better.”
However, Felix Maria, another interviewee, rated the algebra procedure as positive, even though it affects him on his journey. “You have to understand it because it works, and then we will all be healthy and happy,” he said.
