Dar es Salaam. Premium Serengeti Lager has won the top quality award among the Diageo products accross Africa.
According to Global Beer Technical Centre (GBTC) based in Dublin, Ireland, the brand won the accolades after a rigorous analysis.

A statement issued in Dar es Salaam yesterday by SBL, which brews the beer brand said that the test was done after sending samples to the GBTC on a regular basis from more than 45 breweries accross the globe.

“Based on these analytical and sensory results, Serengeti Lager is the top performing beer from all the Diageo sites in Africa for sensory and analytical compliance,” the statement says. The Kenya-based EABL has majority ownership in SBL. EABL is owned by Diageo. (The Citizen Reporter)
